The Winter Social Bowling Christmas Buffet & Prize Giving was held on Wednesday 18 December at Leinster. This event concludes the first session of the WSB matches, the second session of the 8 week competitions will commence on Friday 3 January 2020. Many thanks to Pat MacDonagh and her committee who organised and ran the competitions.
The buffet was held in the Bar courtesy of our lady members. There was a good attendance at this event and numerous prizes were dispensed by Pat MacDonagh assisted by Mary Kenny. Pat thanked those who participated in the competitions and looks forward to seeing them in the New Year. She also thanked those who sponsored the prizes.
The competition winners are as follows:
Christmas Competition: 1st. Jimmy Lyons, 2nd. Mary Kenny, 3rd. Liam Clegg.
Wednesday Rinks: 1st. Maura Donovan, joint 2nd & 3rd. Pat MacDonagh & Sheila Harte.
Friday Triples: 1st. Phelim Hamill, 2nd. Robbie Meany, 3rd. Brendan Redmond.
