It is with great sadness that we have learned of the death of our much loved & respected member Joan Downes. Joan was a long time member of Leinster Bowling Club, she was an accomplished bowler and contributed greatly to the success of the Ladies Section of the Club. Joan suffered ill health in recent years. Joan’s many friends at Leinster send their condolence to her daughters Gwen and Susan, her son Gavin and her extended family and friends and share in their loss at this time. May she Rest In Peace.
Funeral Service on Thursday (April 21) at 11:30am in St. Michan’s Church, Church Street, Dublin and afterwards to Glasnevin Crematorium.
