It is with great sadness that we have learned of the death of our much loved & respected former member Ron Prince. Ron was Club Captain in 2010 & 2011 and was captain of the winning Winter League Team in 2015. Ron was an avid administrator and contributed much to the Club. Ron was also a former President of the Bowling League of Ireland. Ron passed away peacefully at the Mater Hospital on the 7 July 2024. Ron is survived by his wife Laura, he will be sadly missed by his brothers-in law, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews and his many friends at Leinster and the wider bowling fraternity. May he Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Wednesday evening, 10 July from 5.0pm to 7.0pm. Funeral Mass at 11.0am Thursday 11 July at the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip. Burial afterwards in St. James’s Cemetery, Athboy, Co. Meath
