The Annual Dinner & Presentations Event was held in the Function Room on Friday evening 23 October. There was a good attendance and the President, Eugene Fannon welcomed the members and their guests.
The President requested Annette Finn to recite “Grace” and this was followed by a substantial meal, efficiently served by the staff of Michael Lennon Catering. After the meal the President presented Pat Burke with a bouquet of flowers to mark her 90 th. birthday. Pat, who is a much loved and well respected long time member of Leinster was given a warm reception by those present and we wish her good health and many more birthdays to follow.
The President, assisted by Competition Secretary, Mary Kenny and Club Captain, Robert Meany presented prizes for the Club Competitions. A detailed list of Winners & Runners-up can be found under NEWS/EVENTS. Club Competitions 2015.
The “Lady Bowler of the Year” Award went to Pat MacDonagh. The “Mens Bowler of the Year” Award went to Eamon Brennan.
